Returns

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase contract within fifteen days of acquiring the goods without providing any reason for doing so. Send an e-mail to trgovina@pzs.si to cancel your contract. The buyer will bear the costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within thirty days after canceling the contract. You must return the goods undamaged and with none of the items missing. We will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty days after we receive the returned goods.
